Job description
The PT Community Growth Associate at Kins is a remote and unique opportunity for someone with a therapy background who enjoys connecting with fellow clinicians and looking for nonclinical hours. You understand the realities of patient care and believe in Kins’ mission and ability to improve the experience for both therapists and patients.
Kins’ Mission
We didn’t just rethink physical therapy. We rebuilt it around physical therapists. Physical therapists were drawn to the profession to help people—not to sprint through stacked schedules or meet productivity quotas.
That’s why we built Kins: a model that puts PTs back in control. Here, PTs treat one patient at a time—for a full hour—so they can deliver the kind of care they were trained to give. PTs set their schedule and shape their caseload. And PTs earn more by focusing on better care, not seeing more patients.
This is physical therapy reimagined—so that PTs can make real impact, build the career they want, and finally practice on their terms.
About the Role
This inside sales–oriented role is perfect for someone looking to expand their non-clinical skills with firsthand experience as a Kins PT. You’ll engage prospective therapists, introduce them to the Kins model, and invite them to join our growing community of Physical Therapists — building meaningful, lasting connections along the way.
