Are you a creative, data-driven, and results-focused Growth Hacker who lives for solving complex challenges and accelerating growth? This is a pivotal position to turbocharge our marketplace in the UK and France. Reporting to the UK/FR Marketing Leader, you’ll work closely with local and global teams to design and execute innovative, low-cost, and scalable strategies tailored to key cities. By combining local market insights with bold, unconventional tactics, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
If you’re excited by the prospect of rigorously testing, measuring, and refining campaigns using KPI-driven analysis, and you’re comfortable working independently in ambiguity, then you’ll thrive here. We’re not looking for someone to follow a playbook; we’re looking for someone to write it. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure full-funnel performance and sustainable growth.

- 4-5 years of experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or growth-focused roles, with a preference for marketplaces, SaaS, or wellness/beauty industries.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B growth strategies.
- Strong data analysis skills, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, CAC, and LTV measurement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Expertise in A/B testing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- A deep understanding of local market and cultural awareness in the wellness space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus points if you can speak French!
