Summary

The job is for a CRM and Loyalty executive at Love, Bonito, a digital-first womenswear brand. The role involves executing CRM and Loyalty efforts, supporting the team in loyalty initiatives, increasing and managing rewards assortment, and driving campaign strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support with rewards sourcing and production for our LBCommunity+ loyalty programme, inclusive of setting up rewards on e-commerce backend
  • Support the team with execution of lifecycle campaigns and tactics across communication channels, including setting up email campaigns and onsite communication touchpoints
  • Assess campaign effectiveness by preparing tracking reports and analyzing results
  • Support and participate in end-to-end campaign strategy to execution, including creation of promotional codes
  • Heavy involvement in content creation - Liaise and manage timelines with graphic design and copywriting team to create campaign deliverables
  • Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support, such as vendor liaison and data reconciliation
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives and events by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in loyalty program and/or events planning will be advantageous
