Founded in 2021, we are in the healthcare industry. We partner with regional health plans to help them launch or grow Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans. We focus on providing insurance for Medicare-eligible individuals, including those eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid, and other complex, high-need populations.

We supplement existing health plan infrastructure with solutions to support these individuals. Our goal is to advance patient-centered healthcare and reduce care costs for underserved populations. We streamline the process for health plans and health systems to launch new insurance product solutions.

Our services include designing and leading clinical care delivery programs, such as virtual and home-based models. We focus on risk adjustment, quality performance, value-based care, and care navigation. We also implement new partner programs and use data to improve outcomes.
