Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional GTM Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Partner Operations and work with partner sales teams to address and resolve operational inquiries, requests, and issues. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, has managed tech stacks and processes used by both the internal and external stakeholders, and has a strong aptitude for managing multiple competing priorities efficiently and effectively. This person should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about operations, as well as translating needs into scalable, repeatable solutions.
You will also be responsible for:
Serving as a primary point of contact for all partner operations and enablement inquiries, requests, and issues.
Investigate, communicate, and resolve operational concerns and requests in a timely manner - escalating issues where necessary.
Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of tech stack software, business processes, and standard operating procedures relating to partner operations.
Develop, update, and maintain, recipes, flows, and other automations for both our internal partner team and external partner sales reps.
Manage internal & external partner enablement resources including, but not limited to, onboarding courses, sales assets, & certification reports.
Identify areas of operational gaps where consistent manual intervention is needed, and translate those into plans for automation or process improvements.
Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Help manage, implement, and communicate updates to the partner sales and broader organization as well as collect feedback from various stakeholders.
Assist with special projects and provide operational support to the partner team or other departments as needed.
Analyze key trends and metrics to provide insights into strategies to drive pipeline performance improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
Experience managing partner sales tools including, but not limited to, PRM systems, LMS systems, Salesforce, partner directories, content repositories, etc.
Strong technical aptitude and quick to learn new software and sales systems.
Experience using iPaaS and enterprise orchestration tools (experience using Workato is a plus).
Experience in sales enablement and/or creating sales assets and courses.
Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Understanding of operational and enablement best practices and how to measure effectiveness.
Experience with partner sales business development and co-selling strategies.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate progress and updates in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical, with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive key operation strategies and decisions.
An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and do well under pressure.
