Our offerings include “Genies” for various departmental needs: CPQ Genie, Custom Genie, CX Genie, IT Genie, Job Req Genie, Sec Ops Genie, Support Genie, and Lead Genie. Support Genies are autonomous customer support agents that use AI-powered search, live chat, and email to improve resolution times.

We specialize in integration, workflow automation, business process automation, app integration, citizen development, no-code integration, intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, and generative AI.

Gartner has recognized us as a Leader seven times and Furthest in Vision twice in their Magic Quadrant for Integration Platform as a Service, most recently for 2025. Our founders previously developed integration platforms at companies like TIBCO and Oracle.
