Key responsibilities
Develop and optimize AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve real-world business challenges.
Oversee the full AI model lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating best practices into projects.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.
Use data analytics and visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
Lead research efforts to explore new AI methodologies and applications.
Must be an Indonesian local (citizen or permanent resident).
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI engineering, data science, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
