VALENCE HEALTHCARE was founded in 2017. We developed Nadia, an enterprise AI coach that offers executive-level coaching at scale.

Nadia’s AI uses custom memory, planning, and coaching abilities to give personalized guidance. Our platform anticipates users’ needs for leadership development and workplace collaboration.

We work with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and technology. Our platform uses LLM-driven technology for coaching, user experiences, conversational systems, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend interactions.

In September 2025, we raised a $50M Series B round, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with additional investment from Insight Partners and Resolute Ventures.
