Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project goals and deliverables.
Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to tackle complex business challenges.
Oversee the AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Stay ahead of AI and machine learning trends, ensuring best practices are incorporated into our solutions.
Utilize advanced analytics and visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Lead research efforts to explore new AI techniques and innovations.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist, with a track record of leading AI projects.
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
