Job Description

OffSec is seeking an experienced and results-driven APAC Head of Channels and Alliances to lead the growth, development, and performance of our partner ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for architecting and executing a high-impact partner program across multiple partner types — including resellers, training providers, systems integrators, and OEM content collaborators. You will build and lead the regional partner GTM strategy, align with global functions, and drive pipeline and revenue growth through scalable, high-value partner engagements. This is a critical leadership role for expanding our enterprise footprint and accelerating growth through partner leverage in key APAC markets including Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & GTM Leadership Define and lead OffSec’s APAC channel and alliances strategy, ensuring alignment with global sales objectives and local market needs.

  • Partner Program Execution Build and execute scalable programs across four key partner categories: Resellers, Training Partners, Transformation Partners, and Content/OEM Partners.

  • Recruitment & Enablement Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners. Lead enablement initiatives to drive partner autonomy and self-sufficiency through training, certifications, and sales collateral.

  • Co-Sell & Pipeline Growth Drive joint GTM motions with strategic partners to generate net-new opportunities. Align with Account Executives on territory-based partner plans and co-selling frameworks.

  • Performance Management Establish partner KPIs and governance frameworks. Regularly review performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional partners and internal executives. Influence decision-makers to deepen alliances and create mutual value.

  • Market Expansion Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across new territories, sectors, and partner types. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to localize messaging and offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior partner/channel leadership role in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software company.

  • Proven track record of building high-performing partner ecosystems across diverse geographies and cultures within APAC.

  • Deep understanding of partner sales models, including value-added resellers, systems integrators, MSPs/MSSPs, and OEM co-sell strategies.

  • Experience designing and operationalizing partner programs that scale across multiple tiers and types.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to align partner motions with complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and C-level partner executives.

  • Proficiency in using data and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to drive partner performance and forecast accuracy.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related postgraduate education is a plus.

  • Experience working in a fully remote, international environment is highly desirable.
