Founded in 1993, we specialize in healthcare analytics software. We offer a cloud platform with SaaS solutions for healthcare payers, providers, employers, and public entities. We focus on organizing and integrating data to provide insights that improve financial, operational, and clinical results.
Our main offerings are Health Fabric, for coordinating data, synchronizing it in real-time, and improving how different systems work together. Managed Action helps turn insights into specific steps, with custom guides for things like improving star ratings or predicting claim denials. The AI Studio uses artificial intelligence and machine learning for insights like identifying high-risk patients and streamlining revenue cycle processes. Integrated Analytics gives a complete picture of an organization’s performance by combining clinical, financial, and operational data, which helps with value-based care, revenue cycle management, and workforce health. We also provide Strategic Advisory consulting services for regulatory compliance, AI impact, data analytics, cost management, and digital transformation.
We have helped clients find millions of dollars in annual savings. We shifted to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model in 2016 and were acquired by JLL Partners in 2020. We introduced Health Fabric in 2023 and acquired SubPop in 2024 to expand our employer offerings.
