CYBERSECURITY ANALYST (CYBERARK) - REMOTE

Weโre seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), especially with CyberArk and Delinea solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and identity governance, coupled with hands-on experience managing hybrid PAM environments, integrating access controls, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain PAM solutions in a hybrid environment.
- Analyze business requirements and align PAM solutions accordingly.
- Manage privileged accounts, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and access requests.
- Assist in policy creation and audit readiness.
- Work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders.
๐น Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with a PAM or Identity & Access Management focus.
- Deep expertise in CyberArk, including:
- Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AIM, CCP
- Hybrid setups with CyberArk Privilege Cloud and Secrets Manager
- CyberArk Conjur (Enterprise or OSS)
- Central Credential Provider (CCP), API integrations
- RBAC, least privilege, break glass procedures
- Experience with session recording, onboarding, lifecycle management, and integrations with LDAP, AD, MFA.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelorโs degree in IT or Cybersecurity-related field.
- CISSP (must be obtained within 180 days if converted to FTE)

- Knowledge of incident response, risk & vulnerability management.
- Experience documenting security procedures.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage high-pressure security incidents.
- Strong customer service orientation.
