This is remote / home based position that can be based anywhere in Hungary.

Please note that the working hours for this position will align with US working hours, spanning from 15:00 PM to 11:00 PM(CET) Monday to Friday.

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the trusted advisor for new Everbridge clients ensuring a smooth onboarding process and successful product adoption. You’ll act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, using your technical know-how and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction from day one.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Configure and set up Everbridge’s SaaS solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver live product training and guidance to clients, empowering them to use our tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and evolve implementation processes, especially for new products.
  • Document all communication and progress in Salesforce (our CRM platform).
  • Proactively share best practices with clients and suggest ways to optimize their product usage.
  • Understand client use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Act as the client’s internal advocate, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Support post-implementation.
  • Occasionally provide after-hours support during critical events (e.g., natural disasters).
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to ongoing product and service enhancements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Bonus points for background in crisis management, healthcare, risk intelligence, public sector, energy, or higher education.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with web-based application configuration and understanding user requirements is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and coordinating multiple client engagements.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Passion for client success, with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
