We started PocketHealth in 2016 with over $55 million in funding to build an agentic AI workflow automation platform. Our goal is to transform health system operations by automating non-clinical tasks like referral intake, scheduling, and patient communications, so healthcare teams can focus on patient care. Our platform integrates three solutions: Conductor, Image Exchange, and Patient Connect. They work together to streamline operations, reduce costs, and keep patients informed throughout their care.

Our platform also lets patients access their medical imaging results and reports online. This helps them understand their health, manage follow-ups, and organize family medical records. We provide tools for patients to share their images with healthcare providers and offer personalized insights and educational resources. We designed the platform for accessibility, offering flexible pricing, including a free plan, and making it user-friendly across various devices.

Over 900 hospitals and imaging centers in North America use PocketHealth, and we serve more than 2 million patients. Our platform is fully HIPAA- and PHIPA-compliant and SOC2-certified.
