Technical Implementation Specialist (a) – SaaS Aviation Service Management

Role Overview:

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our airline clients during onboarding and integration. You will act as the technical point of contact for customer implementations, helping ensure a seamless and independent onboarding process for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new and existing customers in the technical setup and integration of LimeFlight, ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding.

  • Participate in integration calls to understand customer needs and provide clear technical guidance.

  • Write, maintain, and own technical customer-facing documentation.

  • Assist customers in feeding data into the LimeFlight system using FlatFiles and APIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Act as a first line of support for technical integration issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems.

  • Liaise between customers and backend developers when advanced technical input is needed.

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams by relaying customer feedback and suggesting product improvements.

  • Assist in migrating customers to new versions of the LimeFlight API and deprecating older versions.

  • Stay informed on industry best practices and LimeFlight’s evolving product ecosystem.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

  • You bring hands-on experience with API integration, technical support, or implementation of SaaS solutions.

  • You are confident in working with RESTful APIs, and ideally, familiar with structured data handling (CSV/FlatFile formats).

  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • You thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy problem-solving in collaboration with users.

  • You’re empathetic, reliable, and motivated to make complex integrations work seamlessly.

  • Experience in airline operations or flight management systems is a plus.
