Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 telesales representatives
Supporting the team in converting inbound leads into paying customers
Defining sales targets and tracking team KPIs and overall performance
Monitoring and improving sales processes through actionable insights
Taking an active role in recruiting and onboarding new telesales talent
Sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment
Qualifications
We’d Love to Meet You If:
You have a strong background in telesales (this is a must!)
You’ve already led a sales team for at least 2 years
You know what it means to work with ambitious sales goals and consistently hit them
You’re fluent in sales concepts like lead generation, CRM, sales funnels and reporting
You’re comfortable with data, but also a true people person
The idea of growing a team and mentoring future telesales record-breakers energizes you
