As they continue to grow, they are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team and manage pre-booked consultations while driving sales success.

Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from gathering information to closing deals, with a focus on converting warm inbound leads into successful client outcomes. You will track and manage your pipeline using the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system, ensuring all consultations are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales and a passion for helping clients with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Management:

    • Engage with pre-booked, warm inbound leads to gather necessary information, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.

    • Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial consultation to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely follow-ups, address any concerns, and secure commitments.

  • Pipeline Tracking & CRM Management:

    • Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions.

    • Monitor and update all stages of the sales cycle, ensuring no lead is overlooked and opportunities are maximized.

  • Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

    • Conduct consultations with prospective clients, gathering necessary details about their financial situation and objectives.

    • Present relevant financial solutions based on the client’s needs, helping them make informed decisions.

    • A background in credit repair, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and factors that go into the creation of a credit score is preferable.

  • Closing Sales:

    • Work to convert leads into customers by effectively addressing objections, demonstrating the value of financial solutions, and closing deals.

    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services, credit, or loans industry.

    • Proven track record of managing and closing sales.

    • Strong understanding of credit and financial solutions, with the ability to present options and tailor recommendations to client needs.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent for clear and professional communication.

    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • CRM Proficiency:

    • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow up efficiently.

  • Attributes:

    • Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling consultations, follow-ups, and sales activities simultaneously.

    • A passion for helping clients improve their financial well-being and the ability to foster trust and rapport quickly.
