About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable integrations between Oracle SaaS applications and external systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including Application Integration, Process Automation, and Visual Builder.
- Work closely with Oracle SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, CX) to create seamless end-to-end integrations using Oracle Fusion APIs.
- Implement secure and scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML, and JSON.
- Design and implement authentication/authorization mechanisms using standards like OAuth2 and Basic Auth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and other legacy platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Ensure integration code follows DevOps best practices and supports automated deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
- Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to stakeholders and support teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration with at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of OIC components: Application Integration, Process Automation, Visual Builder.
- Proven experience with Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM, CX) and working with Oracle Fusion APIs.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, WSDL, XML, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud security standards (OAuth2, Basic Authentication).
- Experience integrating with external enterprise systems like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, or custom/legacy platforms.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certifications in OIC or SaaS modules.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of data transformation and error handling in OIC integrations.
- Exposure to cloud monitoring tools and performance tuning for integrations.
