Eleks is looking for a creative and proactive person who will be a part of the Employee Relations team and create an atmosphere in our Lviv office as well as engage colleagues in our corporate culture globally.
REQUIREMENTS
- An experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Advanced MS Excel / MS PowerPoint user
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, willingness to learn
- Willing to develop in the Event management and Employer Branding field will be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and execute online and offline internal events, ensuring engagement and participation.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies for events
- Create copywriting content, including event announcements, scenarios, and promotional materials
- Support and promote CSR initiatives, including gifts for defenders, veterans’ children, and charity events
- Develop and manage internal communities to enhance employee engagement
- Maintain and oversee the Welcome Boxes project
- Ensure smooth operations and distribution of corporate merchandise
- Provide communication support for various office locations
- Perform operational and administrative duties related to internal communication
- Act as a backup for the Internal Communication Lead when required
- Coordinate suppliers of various souvenirs/printing services and products (coordinating the purchase, controlling supporting documents; providing expense reports; identifying and researching potential new suppliers)
