SUMMARY
The Global Events & Marketing Specialist is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating a wide range of events and marketing activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. The specialist will support event execution, including tradeshows and regional roadshows, by overseeing logistics, budgeting, communication, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will help coordinate room blocks, transportation and travel schedules as needed. In this role, you will be interacting with internal employees, outside vendors, and clients on a regular basis. Additionally, they will assist with marketing campaigns, provide administrative support, and stay updated on industry trends.
If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manage the annual events calendar and ensure timely execution.
- Effectively handle event budgets, timelines, contracts, and financial management.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics.
- Assume ownership of planning and execution of annual Presidents Club trip
- Manage inventory, organization, design, and budget of promotional items.
- Assume ownership of planning and executing tradeshows and brand awareness events, including coordinating supplies, furniture, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and communicate logistics to internal teams.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on event outcomes, conduct ROI analysis, and make recommendations for future event targeting and execution.
- Assist with internal events such as holiday parties, company picnics, and launch parties.
- Develop social media campaign plans for tradeshows and user conferences.
- Build event programs and marketing campaigns using marketing automation systems.
- Provide necessary administrative support to the marketing team.
- Take the lead in managing prospect event logistics, including vendor relationships and venue coordination.
- Monitor event best practices, industry trends, and suggest innovative technologies to enhance event capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
