We are looking for an Inventory Lead
To support the daily control and accuracy of our inventory operations across multiple 3PLs and systems. You will play a key role in identifying and solving discrepancies between what the 3PLs report and what we see in our ERP, improving reporting processes, and ensuring the reliability of our inventory data. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role that requires a combination of field experience and technical skills.

Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities
Reconcile inventory levels reported by 3PLs with those in our ERP and internal systems.
Take ownership of generating, analyzing, and improving manual inventory reports until automation is implemented.
Identify the root cause of inventory discrepancies across inbound, outbound, and internal processes, and propose corrective actions.
Support and actively participate in meetings with 3PLs to detect issues, validate root causes, and follow up on action plans.
Track and manage aging inventory, shrinkage, and other key metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Inbound, Fulfillment, Demand Planning, and Tech teams to ensure inventory data is reliable and actionable.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate and optimize daily tasks when possible.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in inventory accuracy, reporting, and process standardization.
Experience / Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in inventory control within warehouses or 3PL environments. - Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, returns, cycle counting, etc.). - Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving mindset, and experience working with large data sets.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Tableau is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Practical knowledge of AI tools for automation and workflow optimization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and collaborate with different teams.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
Experience collaborating with Finance teams and understanding their concerns regarding inventory and costing.
Background in e-commerce or retail environments.
Familiarity with SQL or Power BI
