What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with Windows and macOS environments: installation, configuration, updates, and basic troubleshooting
- Interest in IT operations, device setup, and hardware logistics
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative, no prior experience required
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of software installation and system configuration
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Currently studying or recently graduated from a tech-related program (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
- Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune) or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with internal IT tools like Google Admin or scripting basics
