We provide international recruitment solutions for Engineering, Information Technology (ICT), AI, and Multilingual Customer Support. We help companies find global talent, offering Permanent Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, and Talent Leasing (Employer of Record) models. Our goal is to address digital skills shortages by efficiently connecting skilled professionals with opportunities across borders.
Since 2013, we have connected over 130,000 tech professionals from more than 50 nationalities with companies worldwide. We currently connect over 3,000 candidates with clients across all continents each quarter.
We have received three Seals of Excellence from Horizon 2020 SMEI, the EU’s research and innovation funding program. Since 2022, we have also been helping refugees find jobs. Our office is located in รvora, Portugal.

We are a fully remote company with over 300 recruiters and more than 1,000 partners across 50 countries. Our “Recruiter Forward” culture focuses on giving our remote recruiters the tools, support, and flexibility they need.

Benefits & Perks
Our employee benefits include full-time, permanent employment contracts, typically 39 or 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer gross annual salaries ranging from approximately โฌ23,000 to โฌ30,000, plus performance-based bonuses up to โฌ6,300 gross per year.
Some roles, especially those in Barcelona, have a hybrid work option. For positions requiring relocation, we often provide relocation packages that may include flight tickets, temporary accommodation (like one or two weeks in a hotel), help with finding long-term housing, and private health insurance support.
We also offer ongoing coaching and mentorship, training in areas like social media advertising and sales techniques, clear development paths, and opportunities for internal mobility and career advancement. Health coverage and private healthcare plans are provided. For roles based in Greece, free Greek language lessons are available. We also organize incentive programs, internal contests, and team events.
