We’re looking for a brilliant IT Support Expert who’s ready to break the mold, challenge the status quo, and help us reimagine IT services with our cutting-edge AI products.
Your mission:
- Leverage your IT support experience to guide and advise our product teams.
- Act as a thought leader, championing Nexthink’s strategy to transform IT services.

- Supervise and train AI agents to deliver next-level support.

Qualifications
Must-have:
- A mindset that challenges the status quo and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
- Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence.
- 2+ years of experience as an L1 or L2 IT support technician.
- 2+ years in IT support coordination or leadership roles.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communicator who thrives with customers, engineers, and execs alike.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
