Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Marketing Web Engineering team. In this role, you will help shape and maintain nexthink.com and related digital properties. Your expertise in React, Next.js, and GraphQL will be crucial in delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions with strong performance, accessibility, and SEO in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, and Design) to translate business and project requirements into technical solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain web applications while following and contributing to a design system.
  3. Design and implement back-end solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  4. Write clean and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  5. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  6. Work closely with UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  7. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and SEO.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  2. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and GraphQL.
  3. Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or other similar frameworks.
  4. Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Skills:

  1. Exposure to platforms such as Hygraph or Vercel
  2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  3. Experience with analytics, A/B testing, or marketing tool integrations
