- Participate in ongoing monitoring, patching, and maintenance of systems to ensure compliance with security standards and operational excellence.
- Document processes, system configurations, workflows, and automation solutions to ensure transparency, scalability, and continuity.
- Support troubleshooting efforts across systems and applications, escalating issues appropriately.
- Proactively identify issues and recommend improvements to strengthen IT processes and systems integration.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and potential opportunities to further optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an organization with 1000+ employees.
- Basic knowledge of automation concepts (e.g., scripting, low-code/no-code automation platforms).
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune or willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals including networking, security, endpoint management, and software deployment.
- Experience coordinating equipment procurement and working with international vendors or 3PL partners is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex challenges into logical, automateable steps.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a desire to constantly improve and learn.
What will help you succeed:
