Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and βall-things-digitalβ solutions, is looking for aΒ Junior Recruiter (Start in IT & AI| German-speaking) Data Labeling, Short-term to join its innovative team.
No prior IT experience is required β just a strong eye for detail, fluent German and English, and a willingness to learn. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a real AI product used in recruiting, without doing technical tasks or sourcing candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results.
- Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules.
- Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases.
- Collaborate with the clientβs team in German (written and spoken).
- Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility.
- Complete around 20β30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025.
