ABOUT THE ROLE

The Jr. Renewal Account Manager will manage customer renewals by coordinating with Sales management, Customer Success, Finance and Legal. This role will establish strong customer relationships, help drive customer satisfaction, and document and close annual renewals. You will also manage order creation in NetSuite and ensure bookings are accurately entered before they pass to Finance.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with customers and partners to renew subscription and support revenues

Lead renewal contract negotiations and achieve on-time contract booking

Understand and apply Accela sales processes and policies

Learn to build quotes and update customer data in Salesforce

Assist cross sell / upsell opportunities and work with field sales team to generate incremental revenue

Contribute to forecast and drive deals to close in committed timeframe

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive customer satisfaction

Meet or exceed renewal quotas

Train to book orders in NetSuite in a timely manner

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in renewals account management preferably in high-tech industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence

Demonstrated experience with collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal to help drive customer renewals to closure.

Must be familiar with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, NetSuite, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this role is eligible to earn commissions.
