We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in San Ramon, California. We also have offices in Amman, Jordan; Draper, Utah; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Dublin, Ireland; and Melbourne, Australia. We provide cloud solutions to governments globally, helping them offer digital services and build communities. Our software helps over 275 million citizens worldwide. We offer solutions and a platform designed for ease of use, secure data sharing across departments, and a smooth experience for users.

Our cloud-based platform includes ready-to-deploy civic applications for permitting, licensing, and code enforcement. These applications cover areas like Building, Planning, Service Request Management, Business Licensing, Alcoholic Beverage Control, Cannabis Regulation, Occupational Licensing, Short-Term Rental, Fire Prevention, and Environmental Health. These solutions automate processes, improve efficiency, and make it easier for citizens to engage with their governments. Our work focuses on infrastructure asset management, community development & planning, mobile apps, citizen engagement, civic tech, gov tech, and smart city initiatives.

In 2021, Microsoft recognized us with a US Partner Award for our SaaS solutions, which helped governments during the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers have reported significant improvements, such as reducing residential permit turnaround times from three weeks to three days, and commercial permits from two months to five to ten days. We also helped meet a 178% increase in demand for building inspections, with 90% of applications submitted online. Customers have also seen annual savings and better operational efficiency, like saving 44 hours a month using ePermits and performing twice as many inspections with fewer staff.
