π LLI Academy 2nd Edition: Now Recruiting! Weβre excited to launch the second edition of our LLI Academy β an initiative dedicated to discovering talented junior developers who are passionate about the IT world, coding, and eager to grow their skills in a professional environment.
This program is designed to give promising developers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and become a part of our dynamic team.
Our first edition was a great success, resulting in continued cooperation with two amazing junior developers who joined our company full-time. Now, weβre looking for the next wave of talent to join us!

Location: Warsaw (on-site for first 3 months), then possibility of remote work

Your tasks and responsibilities
πΉ Develop your coding skills with the support of mentors and a structured curriculum
πΉ Implement new features and functionalities
πΉ Solve programming challenges while deepening your understanding of Ruby and Vue.js
πΉ Participate in regular code reviews and receive feedback from experienced developers
πΉ Maintain and improve existing codebases (bug fixing, refactoring)
πΉ Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Requirements
β Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails
β Basic knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks (preferably Vue.js)
β Eagerness to learn, improve, and tackle new challenges
β Logical and critical thinking skills
β Understanding of how web applications work
β A proactive, hands-on attitude towards solving problems
β Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
β Availability to work on-site in Warsaw for the first 3 months (remote work possible afterward)

Recruitment Process:
1st Stage: 30-minute video interview with one of our recruitment team members.
2nd Stage: 1-hour technical video interview.
