What will be your missions:
- Portfolio Growth & Account Management
- Drive revenue growth within an existing portfolio of restaurants by promoting TheFork’s solutions.
Build long-term relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
Provide ongoing strategic and operational support (e.g. revenue management, online marketing, tool usage).
Business Development & Acquisition
- Actively source and acquire new restaurants (especially groups or chains).
Identify and contact key decision-makers, pitch TheFork’s value, and secure new partnerships.
Strategic & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Develop and execute action plans with Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings and restaurant performance (e.g. promotions, TheFork Festival, YUMS program).
Negotiation & Compliance
- Negotiate mutually beneficial terms with restaurants to optimize their profitability and occupancy.
Ensure restaurant compliance with TheFork standards and policies to guarantee a strong user experience.
Performance Monitoring & KPI Achievement
- Track KPIs including revenue growth, promotional participation, and user satisfaction.
Propose improvements based on client feedback and market insights.
