Your Career

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Knowledge Architect to join the Worldwide Shared Services (WWSS) organization. In this role, you will help us build and quality-assure sales collateral.

Your Impact

  • You will quality-assure sales collateral such as reference architecture guides, user guides, web sites, slidedecks, illustrations, and so on.

  • You will create processes and tools for using LLMs as a collateral-multiplier, e.g., modifying existing documents for different audiences.

  • You will create processes and tools for using LLMs to extend quality assurance to materials that currently receive none.

  • You will produce public-ready collateral.

  • You will help build tools to aid in the creation and distribution of the collateral.

  • You will propose and develop improvements to team efficiencies.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Problem Solving and Communication

    • Expertise in synthesizing technical information and communicating it to disparate audiences

    • Expertise in quality assurance of collateral, including deeming it fit for public consumption

    • Expertise in mentoring peers and refining their communication skills

    • Expertise in technical writing or editing

    • Expertise in acting upon customer feedback

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Technical Experience

    • Expertise with using Acrolinx

    • Proficiency in content management systems

    • Familiarity with cloud-computing concepts and administration

    • Familiarity with networking fundamentals

  • Workload Management

    • Experience in using project management and problem-resolution tools, such as Asana and Jira

    • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows

  • Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications are a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $160000 - $220000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
