Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge AI-powered automation solutions across multiple business functions and industries. This role requires expertise in various automation platforms and AI tools to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Build end-to-end AI automations using Make, Zapier, Retell AI, Claude AI, n8n, GHL, Bolt, and other automation platforms
• Set up workflows for lead generation, customer onboarding, CRM management, chatbots, dashboards, and operational processes
• Maintain existing automation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to develop customized solutions for various industries including real estate, construction, dental, and legal
• Integrate multiple software systems and APIs to create seamless automated workflows
• Document processes and provide technical support for automation implementations
• 2+ years experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow tools
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms including Claude AI, Retell AI, and conversational AI technologies
• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), and API integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience adapting automation solutions across different industries and business contexts
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently
