About this opportunity:
As Lead UX designer at Wallarm, you will provide overall leadership and strategy for the user experience of our product. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on delivering cutting-edge security solutions to a global client base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the overall UX strategy, design for product-led growth, drive execution and measure success.
Examples of future tasks :
Take responsibility for the overall quality of the product’s user experience and advocate for the importance of UX-related tasks in the product teams’ backlog based on data;
Continuously collect and analyze user feedback on the user interface’s quality, ensuring that UX metrics are current and up to date;
Manage the design team by developing expertise, establishing efficient processes, and fostering growth for everyone involved;
Example future objective: Enhance the product’s search experience - from search strings to filters.
Requirements
Our expectations :
Experience in complex B2B systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, logistics, developer tools, integration platforms, etc.) or in technical products (developer-centric platforms, analytics systems, security tools). Experience with data-heavy dashboards and workflow automation tools is a strong plus;
Experience as a product designer of 5+ years and experience in leading a team, ideally in startups or dynamic companies;
Ability to prioritize UX tasks in a fast-paced product development environment, ensuring that both short-term and long-term UX improvements are addressed;
Ability to balance tactical (e.g., make mockups for a new feature) and strategic goals (e.g. improve navigation and search in the product);
Be able to build processes from scratch and develop existing ones;
You’re hands on professional and combine the managerial responsibilities with product designer duties.
