Our Legal Team is looking for a motivated Legal Counsel for a minimum of 6 months to join our f ully remote Legal Team. This role primarily requires an interest and some experience in international labour law. The successful candidate will e ngage with diverse legal issues, contribute to team objectives, and develop specialized skills in a dynamic and innovative setting. An interest and/or some initial experience in GDPR is considered a plus.
What you will be doing as a Legal Counsel
- Supporting our Operation Team with all questions during the lifecycle of our employees in various jurisdictions (from revising and amending employment agreements to termination matters)
- Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams;
- Contributing to the work of the Legal Team regarding a variety of legal projects;
- Preparing legal documents and assisting in the coordination of legal advice and strategy.
What we are looking for…
- Law degree and Bar exam;
- Experience in labor law;
- Interest in GDPR;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, distributed team;
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French.
