Do you want to work for a well established, fast growing MSP? Do you like fast-paced, hands-on work that allows you to learn new technologies? Haber Group is looking for a Level 2 Technician who will tackle issues for a variety of clients, helping them solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. This is a hybrid position located in New York, NY.
We’ll Provide:

Hybrid work split between client sites, remote, and in-office

What You’ll Do:
Travel to office and client sites in midtown Manhattan 2-3 times per week
Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Install and configure networking hardware, including Ubiquiti APs, switches and gateways, and Sonicwall firewalls (VPN configuration, and WAN/Local subnets and policies)
Create accounts, groups, and policies in Microsoft core business apps (Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint)
Support VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V environments
Create, update, and troubleshoot issues with servers
Handle disaster recovery solutions and breaches in local and cloud environments
Document troubleshooting steps and system reviews
Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service
Participate in projects
Skills You’ll Need:
Ability to commute into midtown Manhattan 2-3 times per week and comfort using the transportation system
BA/BS in computer science, technology, or a related field
3+ years of IT experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of security best practices.
Excellent communication and client-facing personality.
Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to new technologies and tools.
Calm and professional under pressure.
