At this point, Zelh is looking for an LTL Sales Representative – Freight & Logistics for the logistics tech-driven freight brokerage company.

As an LTL Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing the company’s book of business and delivering top-tier service to customers. Your core responsibilities will include:
Expanding Existing Accounts: Drive volume by upselling, cross-selling, and nurturing our current customer base.
Hunting New Business: Cold call and prospect high-potential shippers who need reliable freight solutions.
Converting Inbound Leads: Act on all warm leads coming via email, phone, or web—turning curiosity into contracts.
Building Lasting Relationships: Understand your clients’ business goals and become their trusted freight advisor.
High-Volume Outreach: Make 100+ calls per day, staying persistent and proactive.
Team Collaboration: Partner with operations, carrier sales, and customer service to ensure smooth execution and happy clients.
Requirements
1–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in logistics, freight, or B2B environments).
Not afraid of the phones or a little rejection—you know every “no” is one step closer to a “yes.”
Highly self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with a consultative selling approach—solutions over scripts.
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
