Description
This position will provide support to the Customer Service Team as a data entry specialist. Supporting the Customer Service Shipping Coordinator on daily and weekly duties. The position will report to the Director of Customer Service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining data in ERP system daily
Maintain weekly inventory sheet to customers
Assisting Customer Service Shipping Coordinator with shipping items for customers
Assisting - shipping items, packing slips, shipping innovations to the correct addresses
Maintaining – Retainfs Database
Ensure the sales orders are correct and reflect the correct quantity amounts, contents, and are shipping to the correct location.
Learning the shipping coordinator position to be a back up
Collaborate with other customer services employees to ensure the Master Production Plan is updated in a timely manner
Working conditions:
Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm EST

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
ERP system support and data entry
Experience in manufacturing and/or dietary supplements is helpful but not necessary
