Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager of Operational Excellence Strategy with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2-4+ years of work experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations, who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement. Our ideal candidate has a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and interest in education.
As the Manager of Operational Excellence Strategy, you will support our team to build scalable processes for network-wide operations by:
- Providing strategic thinking and project management for critical initiatives to support the network’s growth plans across a variety of functional areas ( e.g., supply chain, technology, school operations, etc.)
- Identifying opportunities for improvement across the organization and using data, experience, and best practices to provide creative solutions
- Support in the design and implementation of seamless, effective, and scalable operational processes across all areas of schooling
- Wearing multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
