Bolt Food is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager in Cyprus to lead high-impact initiatives, drive business performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Working closely with the General Manager, you will support strategic decision-making, manage cross-functional projects, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

As Strategy and Operations Manager for Bolt Food in Cyprus, you will lead and optimize core business operations, leveraging your analytical expertise and strategic thinking.
You’ll work closely with Operations Specialists, the General Manager, and HQ teams to drive business growth, improve financial performance across the P&L, and increase revenue by delivering on key operational milestones and metrics.
Improving operations: Scaling and improving country operations by reviewing current and defining new workflows. Overseeing merchant’s operations, onboarding and content quality. Solving problems including but not limiting to pricing optimization, fraud decrease, refund optimization, and timely delivery to bring savings and drive orders growth. P&L Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the P&L and build financial models to support strategic decisions. Help optimize revenue and cost performance, and improve efficiency through automation and process standardization. Strategic Planning & Decision-Making: Supporting the General Manager by providing data-driven insights and financial models to guide complex financial decisions. Identifying and recommending strategies to optimize financial performance, focusing on a balanced approach that considers both growth and cost management. Owning and Delivering Key Operational Metrics: Ensuring the achievement of country targets through operational excellence and overall performance. Proactively reporting progress and KPIs in a timely manner. Managing stakeholder relations: Coordinating with other departments and third-party providers to enhance operational efficiency. Fostering a strong collaboration within local teams, the central team and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery and achievement of KPIs. Project Management: Identifying and resolving the most challenging issues for country operations by working closely with other teams. Managing local projects to ensure alignment with the General Management’s strategy.
4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role. You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. You are a strategic thinker with advanced data analysis skills and a solid P&L understanding. You excel at solving complex problems and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable business insights. You are a self-starter who proactively finds solutions to business challenges and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. You are a natural collaborator with experience in managing stakeholder relationships across markets and functions. You excel in matrixed environments, driving alignment through strong organizational and project management skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
