As the Business Operations & Strategy team, we are driven by a singular vision: to curate the world’s most exceptional inventory for Modern Explorers. Our mission is to offer an unparalleled selection of experiences, encompassing not only iconic attractions but also hidden gems in lesser-known destinations.

Our relentless Selection efforts span the entire journey - from defining the types of inventory that will captivate our travellers, to generating leads of passionate suppliers, and converting those leads through dynamic inbound and outbound channels. We are dedicated to activating all newly acquired activities on the marketplace, ensuring every Modern Explorer can find these unforgettable experiences.

Your mission:

  • Own the operational and financial performance of our in-house sales AEs.
  • Together with sales leadership and our sales enablement team, define and implement a world-class AI-first Sales workflow, including tooling.
  • Decide which markets and supplier segments your channel will double down on.
  • Develop robust funnel management, which will be used both by upstream (lead gen) and downstream processes (forecasting + performance management).
  • Own the execution of our Sales Scale case, projected to yield 1bn€ of company topline over the next 3 years.

What sets you apart:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Operations and Strategy.
  • Know how to build and steer a world-class Sales organisation.
  • You are analytical and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones.
  • Excel at managing large data sets and use them to facilitate your work using tools such as Excel, Looker, and Power BI.
  • You can proactively deal with high ambiguity and don’t need to be told what to do or how to do it.
  • You are a self-starter with excellent commercial acumen; nothing holds you back from executing a project with a test-and-learn mindset.
