We are a fintech company, founded in 2012 in New York City. We provide a secure platform that enables financial advisors to compliantly manage their clients’ 401(k)s, 403(b)s, and other workplace retirement plans. Our platform works across various account types and integrates with existing portfolio management tools, helping advisors improve their clients’ financial outcomes.

The platform lets advisors manage held-away accounts without taking custody. It supports holistic planning, letting them monitor and rebalance 401(k)s, 403(b)s, and other held-away accounts. We help with asset allocation to optimize tax strategies and allocate investments across taxable and tax-deferred accounts. It integrates with Performance Reporting software for consolidated client reports and simpler billing. The platform also includes audit and supervision capabilities. These help advisors reduce compliance concerns, limit custody, and address challenges with rollovers for held-away assets. We work with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Broker-Dealers, and financial institutions.
