About You
You’re not only a content creator, you’re a content growth strategist. You know that great content isn’t just about producing assets; it’s about moving the needle on awareness, engagement, and revenue. You understand the evolving search landscape, including AI Optimization (AIO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and you can implement these to win across search, answer engines, and AI-driven discovery.
You’ve built communities, expanded audiences, and driven measurable business impact. You thrive at the intersection of storytelling, analytics, and strategy.
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the content growth strategy from awareness through conversion, ensuring every asset ties back to measurable KPIs.
- Integrate AIO, AEO, and GEO tactics to position Alexa Translations at the forefront of AI-driven search.
- Drive audience and community growth through content, campaigns, and engagement programs that turn followers into advocates.
- Produce and manage high-impact assets: blogs, white papers, webinars, case studies, e-books, infographics, videos, and more.
- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and customer success to align messaging and amplify campaigns.
- Ensure brand storytelling is consistent, strategic, and compelling across all channels.
- Grow and activate thriving social communities by using proven engagement strategies, platform algorithms, and data-driven insights — not just posting content, but sparking conversations, building relationships, and turning followers into loyal advocates.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize based on data and user insights.
What You’ll Need
- Proven track record of growth through content marketing and community building.
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or industries like legal/financial services.
- Expertise in SEO plus emerging AIO/AEO/GEO strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, paired with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns.
- Strong project management and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing your best growth-driven content work.
Technical Skills
