We are seeking a MarTech Business Systems Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst-level Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the MarTech or AdTech space. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team supporting the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms.
You’ll play a key role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of MarTech initiatives through detailed analysis, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
If you’re based outside of Uruguay or Bogotá, you can work 100% remotely. If you’re located in Montevideo or Bogotá, you also have the option to work from our local offices.
What is this position about?
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Supporting data discovery and data mapping efforts
Analyzing and improving data quality and governance practices
Evaluating tools and platforms within the MarTech/CDP ecosystem
Producing clear, non-technical documentation
Supporting testing and validation processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Driving change management and conducting user training
Creating reporting and feedback loops for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Background in MarTech or AdTech
Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or related technologies
Strong knowledge of identity resolution concepts
Proven experience in business analysis and working with both business and technical teams
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Nice to have Skills:
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance as it relates to marketing data
Exposure to large-scale enterprise MarTech stacks
Education:
Studies or experience in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
What about languages?
You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
How much experience must I have?
We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally within the MarTech/AdTech space.
