It supports faster talent matching, helps rediscover candidates within existing databases, and integrates external sourcing, all within the ATS environment.

Our technology is designed for instant results. It does not require data migration or lengthy onboarding processes, as it works with existing data. We integrate with ATS platforms including Ashby, Avature, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite, Lever, Oracle, SAP, SR, UKG, and Workday.

We report specific outcomes such as boosting candidate rediscovery efficiency by 77%, reducing manual sourcing time by 89%, and achieving 78% faster speed to submittal.
