The Role

We’re seeking a driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the mid-market segment (500-5,000 employees), targeting HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and C-suite executives who are looking to modernize their recruiting operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Pipeline Development: Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and strategic networking within the HR technology space

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand complex hiring challenges and position Humanly’s AI solutions effectively

  • Deal Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles averaging 3-6 months, building consensus among HR, IT, and executive decision-makers

  • Solution Positioning: Articulate the technical capabilities and business value of AI-powered recruiting, including ROI calculations and implementation roadmaps

  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on HR technology trends, competitor landscape, and recruiting industry best practices

  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while building a healthy pipeline for sustained growth

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR technology, recruiting tools, or related verticals

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience selling to mid-market companies and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and contract negotiations

Essential Skills

  • Product Expertise: Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex AI/ML technology concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of talent acquisition challenges, recruiting workflows, and HR technology landscape

  • Sales Methodology: Proficiency in consultative selling, MEDDIC qualification, Challenger and solution-based sales approaches

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms for pipeline management and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling AI/ML solutions or automation technologies

  • Background in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition

  • Track record selling to HR leaders, CHROs, or VP-level talent acquisition executives
