Right now, we’re looking for a Mobile Developer with strong Bluetooth Low Energy experience to join us long-term. Whether your background is in Flutter, native iOS, Android, or a combination – we’re open, as long as you know how to make apps talk to devices.

Your role:
You’ll join one of our cross-functional teams working on connected products – think wearables, smart sensors, or health tech devices. Your main focus will be BLE-based mobile development either in Flutter, iOS, Android, or a mix.
You’ll be expected to:
take ownership of the mobile part of the project,
work closely with firmware and backend engineers,
design and implement BLE communication flows,
debug real-world device interactions,
contribute to architecture and technical decisions,
communicate directly with the client (you won’t be hidden behind layers of management).
Most of our projects are long-term partnerships, so we care about building solid, collaborative relationships – both with our clients and within the team.
Compensation:
- up to 30,000 PLN net + VAT per month, based on a B2B contract.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer
Strong hands-on experience with BLE communication
Proficiency in Flutter and at least one native platform ( iOS – Swift or Android – Kotlin)
Experience working with connected products, including device pairing and real-time data streaming
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable working in short sprints (1–2 weeks) in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with both teammates and clients
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
Focus on product quality and user experience
Nice to have:
Experience working with firmware teams
Exposure to medical devices or regulated environments
Knowledge of testing strategies for BLE flows
Experience with OTA updates or provisioning flows
