We are a growing European firm specializing in innovative water treatment technologies, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the US market due to increased demand and regulatory pressures related to PFAS. This role offers autonomy in decision-making, market development responsibility, and potential for strong performance-based compensation.
- Promote our patented PFAS water treatment technology in the US.
- Develop a network of sales partners and attract new customers.
- Establish local operations (e.g., banking, office, tax registration) with HQ support.
- Provide regular updates to European headquarters on progress and developments.
- Drive new orders, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Travel across the US to engage with potential clients and partners.
Initial 90-Day Objectives:
Create a US market entry strategy.
Build relationships with potential clients in water treatment sectors.
Establish operational frameworks for entering the US market.
Develop customized sales materials and strategies for the US market.
Sales expertise in water treatment/chemicals
Strong industry network
Charismatic with robust sales skills
Proactive in driving sales growth
Willingness to travel nationwide
Excellent communication in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in PFAS treatment
Education in water technology or chemistry
Degree in Engineering or Chemistry preferred
Knowledge of industrial water treatment processes
Familiarity with environmental regulatory standards
Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (with higher compensation for outstanding candidates)
Performance bonus: $50,000+ (uncapped for exceptional achievements)
