About your team

As an Operations team, we are business partners in Eneba. By cooperating and supporting the organization in operational topics we strive to enable smooth functioning of the organization and improvement and optimisation of the current internal processes. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of all the office and its related activities. You will work closely with the other IT, marketing and other departments in order to maintain a well organized and welcoming workplace, ensure compliance with office and other regulations and welcome our partners and newcomers.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure office and territory maintenance, track office supplies, and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support in managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc).
  • Take care of work equipment for new and current employees as well as equipment replacements.
  • Assist in planning and arranging events.
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding any necessary assistance and documentation management.
  • Organize and update the company’s discounts programs.
  • Arrange and coordinate gifts for business partners and other employees.
  • Book and manage employees’ business trips (flights, accommodation, business cards etc).
  • Update and ensure compliance with office and work health and safety regulations - keep policies and documentation up to date, and organize regular checkups.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and programs, including printers, computers, etc.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Driver’s license.

€1,725 - €2,220 a month

*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.

*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
