We started in 2004 to provide automated staff scheduling software for clinical teams in healthcare. Our software helps hospitals, emergency rooms, and residency programs in three countries improve workforce management, reduce labor costs, and prevent staff burnout.

Our platform lets medical staff manage time off and schedule changes, automatically fills open shifts based on availability and skills, and allows workers to trade assignments. We also include a system to ensure fair workload distribution. Staff can access schedules and manage requests using our mobile app.

Our software integrates with systems like Kronos, major Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Workday, Outlook, and Google Calendar. Our clients include Teladoc, CityMD, NextCare, Kaiser Permanente, UW Medicine, Legacy Health, and Indigo.

We comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and hold SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST certifications. We ensure data security through measures like 2048-bit SSL encryption for data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular audits, and vulnerability testing. Our security infrastructure includes firewalls, ²⁴⁄₇ support, daily backups, disaster recovery plans, two-factor authentication (2FA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and SAML 2.0 support.
